A newly constructed, high specification office development sharing a common site on the Silverlink Business Park to the east of Newcastle. The development was of speculative construction and were completed in 2007.
In 2008/9 Cobalt 14 underwent modification works to provide additional council office accommodation.
Cobalt 14 provides office space (GIA) of approximately 3,500 m2. Hard FM Services including;

- Lifecycle Management (for the concession period)
- Energy/Environmental Management
