Who We Are

GFM was established to deliver and manage the total facilities management services to PFI property developments carried out by our parent company Grosvenor House Group PLC.

The executive team having over 100 years of combined management and operational experience within the facilities management industry.

In recent years, GFM has developed an extensive portfolio of clients and we are now involved with wide ranging sectors such as commercial property, retail, education, public and residential accommodation, including both key worker and student living, together with our long association in healthcare property and service provision.

Each service provided by GFM is tailored to suit the needs of the individual client and supported by a comprehensive and bespoke electronic reporting system, which enables clients to access detailed maintenance records.

GFM strongly believes that its people are the key element to the success of any contract and as such we invest heavily in welfare and training for all members of staff so that the high quality of our employees is reflected in our performance as an FM service partner.

We continue to maintain the flexibility to seek opportunities and relationships in new and diversified areas.  A willingness to fully understand new ventures before we commit to them has given us a consistent record of successfully delivered FM contracts.
