The executive team having over 100 years of combined management and operational experience within the facilities management industry.
In recent years, GFM has developed an extensive portfolio of clients and we are now involved with wide ranging sectors such as commercial property, retail, education, public and residential accommodation, including both key worker and student living, together with our long association in healthcare property and service provision.
Each service provided by GFM is tailored to suit the needs of the individual client and supported by a comprehensive and bespoke electronic reporting system, which enables clients to access detailed maintenance records.
GFM strongly believes that its people are the key element to the success of any contract and as such we invest heavily in welfare and training for all members of staff so that the high quality of our employees is reflected in our performance as an FM service partner.
We continue to maintain the flexibility to seek opportunities and relationships in new and diversified areas. A willingness to fully understand new ventures before we commit to them has given us a consistent record of successfully delivered FM contracts.
Peter Copley joined Grosvenor House Group in 1998 and has been responsible for establishing the reputation of the company as a leading edge developer, designing building and operating high quality facilities, which promote service excellence. Peter also has 18 years’ experience in the procurement of Mental Health and Community facilities on behalf of the NHS.
GROUP FINANCE DIRECTOR
Robert Austin joined Grosvenor House Group as Group Finance Director in 1996. He has a wealth of experience through the financial modelling and financing of major schemes, and negotiation with both public and private sector finance teams, securing bank equity finance for projects and successful completion of numerous schemes. Robert previously worked with Price Waterhouse Coopers with responsibility for a number of prestigious ‘PLC’ clients and private companies in his portfolio.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Jo joined Grosvenor Facilities Management in 2012. She is an experienced and extremely focused Operations professional with a demonstrable record in the development and management of FM teams and service delivery. She manages a national portfolio of projects, focusing on achieving stability, contractual and legislative compliance and the delivery of high quality service to Clients.
David is an experienced heating, ventilation, air conditioning and controls engineer. He spent over 35 years in the construction industry before specialising in commercial and high-end domestic ultra high efficiency and condensing boiler system design and installation. David has an in-depth knowledge of BMS and discrete controls and their application within the HVAC industry.
CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER
Alastair is a chartered accountant and previously spent 7 years at Deloitte before joining the Grosvenor House Group in 2015. He is responsible for all aspects of financial management and control for Grosvenor Facilities Management. He has experience in Facilities Management in a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, education and the private sector.
