Most projects don’t fail in the build — they fail in the brief, the procurement or the handover. GFM’s project management service runs the full cycle: feasibility studies and option appraisals, full RIBA-stage design coordination where needed, procurement and contractor selection, on-site project management through delivery, snagging, commissioning, and a documented handover into operations.
