What “Full Cycle” Means in Practice

Most projects don’t fail in the build — they fail in the brief, the procurement or the handover. GFM’s project management service runs the full cycle: feasibility studies and option appraisals, full RIBA-stage design coordination where needed, procurement and contractor selection, on-site project management through delivery, snagging, commissioning, and a documented handover into operations. Typical projects include office refurbishments, healthcare estate upgrades, plant replacements, fabric works, fit-outs for tenant occupation and end-of-lease reinstatements. Every project is run to time, cost and quality KPIs that are agreed at the outset and reported against weekly. Where the project sits inside a wider GFM contract, the new spaces and assets transfer cleanly into building management and maintenance without a separate mobilisation.
