GFM Marks Armed Forces Week with RAF Leeming Visit

Grosvenor Facilities Management visited RAF Leeming as part of an employer engagement event, gaining valuable insight into the work of the UK’s Armed Forces and the contribution of reservists both in service and in the workplace.

The visit provided an opportunity to learn more about the dedication and expertise of serving personnel, as well as the role reservists play in balancing their military commitments with their civilian careers.

As a signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant, GFM recognises the importance of employers in supporting reservists and helping them manage the demands of military service alongside their professional responsibilities.

Experiences like this highlight the value that serving personnel, veterans and reservists bring to organisations and communities across the UK, reinforcing the importance of recognising and supporting the wider Armed Forces community.
