GFM Receives Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Silver Award

Grosvenor Facilities Management is proud to have officially received the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Silver Award, recognising the company’s support for the Armed Forces community.

As a signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant, GFM values the skills, experience and resilience that serving personnel, veterans, reservists, adult cadet force volunteers and military families bring to the business. As an employer, we are committed to creating an environment where their contributions are recognised and supported.

Receiving the Silver Award marks an important milestone for GFM, recognising the progress made in supporting the Armed Forces community and reinforcing the company’s commitment to building on this work in the years ahead.

We would like to thank the Reserve Forces and Cadets Association for Yorkshire and the Humber for hosting the awards ceremony and congratulate all the organisations recognised for their commitment to the Armed Forces community.
